some crop layouts

If you're even wondering what a crop is, check out this post:

so, what does a crop look like?

I got these pages done Saturday at a LSS (local scrapbook store) with some fun friends, some yummy treats, and good background music!

My C-Bus friend M, I finally scrapped a lo of just me and her!

another c-bus friend, J, we love being random together and can give eachother one look and totally know what the other is thinking....

swinging with another c-bus friend, m.....such a fun day, minus my ankle deep step into mud!

D and his fellow chief residents, these guys work so well together and have built a reputation of excellence!

yup, another lo with my typical face :)

If You're Going to San Francisco.......

D and I went to SF in May and I finally finished the album. If you know me, you know that I do ALL of our vacation albums (about 1x year) in Basic Grey. This was no exception (except I threw in a little from my stash of (shhh) other products). I used my Basic Grey that I've been hoarding. To be honest, some was hard to part with, because it was sometimes the last sheet I had, or a favorite I should have put up in a frame! ha!

*ok, so these pics were taken pretty quick...I just wanted to get them up so I could then post my other projects.

What I'm working on!

Look for upcoming posts with:

Our San Francisco album: another travel book using Basic Grey.....this time, stuff from my stash! I know, I know, hard to part with some of it but I'm putting it to use!

Winnie the Pooh baby book: for my cousin. I'm using those We Are memory Keepers pages with the different photo sleeve sizes, embellishing a few, leaving some blank for photos, and adding journaling spots (think...growth chart..). I'm mixing Pooh with My Mind's Eye "stella and rose" - mabel line. colors work great and it is great mix of kiddish fun and sophisticated supplie!

Cards for a friend's great aunt: her order is pushing my creativity! Think dried flowers, simple patterns, and muted colors. all with specific instructions for sentiments too.

A make and take: the annual CS garage sale is coming up! I'll be doing a make and take there, watch for details and a couple how-tos on the blog!

Violet's Book-more than just peeks

I realized I never posted anything further than "peeks" of a baby girl book ordered by a college friend...I remember ordering cheese and onion pizza with her on late nights!

Basic Grey Kioshi is perfect for spring days and as you'll see, little girls.....Love the purples, pinks, with hints of bright green and the brown undertones.

Baby Boy Book!

My very first boss, DM, called me and ordered a baby book for her about to be 1 years old grandson! I enjoy creating mini's so this was a fun job!

I used Basic Grey's Oliver line because it just is great colors and patterns for a litte one.....with just enough edge to fit DM's style!
